Serviio not opening

On my task bar I go to click on serviio console it wont open, but its running in my task manager, its showing up on my xbox 360 as well but not showing content. When I go to click on the serviio MediaBrowser it brings me to a web page that only asks for my password not my entire login. I type in my password and it says incorrect... I have no idea how to get this working please help. I have tried every media sharing program and all have failed and was hoping this would work but I guess not.
