Mediabrowser "on fly" transcoding, no file on temp dir

Hi,

I'm currently looking to find a way to transcode on the fly when using mediabrowser.
I mean instead of creating a file in the temp dir it would be good to send directly throughput of ffmpeg to client instead of creating a file on harddrive, like a live show.
I know seeking the file while be slow but this is not an issue.

Any way to do this?
