video files not adding to console

Since upgrading to 1.2 serviio console does not add any format of video files to shared folders. The video files are visible when i click add local in shared folder but i cant click on them to add them to console. I have tried reinstalling many times, nothing seems to work. I know serviio does not play .mkv, i am talking about mp4 and avi files. Also, when i open the serviio app i get the message application not responding. could the problem be due to serviio not responding

serviio definitely suppport mkv's if they are not playing it's a profile issue.

for your video add issue, please post a copy of your logs.

can you please tell me how i can post logs on the forum

You don't add files, you add folders containing the files.
