First of all wanted to say thanks for a fab piece of software...

Slight problem...
Have set up the server and added a few plugins for BBC, ITV and streaming my files all this works fine to the PS3 however when I try to watch the BBC content on my WDTC live box I get the message that it cannot play that type of file (I can stream my own filed fine to the WD) I have the box ticked to transcode

are you using the WD live profile for this box? It sounds like the transcoding profile needs to be adjusted.

Can you post your server logs after reproducing the failiure?

all working
