Serviio with VLC as the transcoding engine

Is it possible to use VLC as the trancoding engine in Serviio ? I know that VLc can be used as a DLNA client. Serviio currently used ffmpeg. Can it use VLC as an additional option ?

You can try PS3 Media Server.
