audio out of sync when transcoding..

I have some news from panasonic. They say: test your files on another device who play mkv and look if the problem happened too. I own a DMP-BDT220, I will try on it soon. I also found when I reencode the Ac3 audio in AAC everything work perfect. Maybe the problem was caused because I try to play too higher quality file. Like 1080p and AC3 mkv file? every 720p files I have tried play perfect?


How can I test to transcode audio in my mkv only?
