Viera can play .mkv and anny format video

Hello,
I have a problem .. My Panasonic Viera, want when choosing what any means of profile. So do not play no picture, no sound .. Only Black screen after play and Time 00:00 .... 00:00

Does anybody have experience of what to do? I use the standard default settings profile Panasonic

What is your Viera model and what profile are you using? Provide details of the played file as well (ffmpeg -i)

and let them choose any profile, so it does not play

Only with Sony Bravia 2012 to play, but 4:3

Serviio v 1.2.1 , Server 2003 ent, 16GB DDR3..

On profile Bravia playing normaly. On any Panasonic profile cant play
