transcode to resize (to specific size)

is it possible (in current version) to transcode into specific size... my main intention is to transcode online streams, which are wrong in aspect ratio, and i can't achieve them to be full size on my samsung es tv.
so, way is to transcode them into true 16:9 pixel aspect ratio, or just to change stream aspect ratio?

You can add DAR="16:9" / "4:3" option on video transcoding option, default keep the source aspect ratio.
