Profile for Samsung Phone using aVia Player

I am a nb and I am studying the topic for creating a profile, but haven't figured it out yet.

I have a device spy for the phone below. Looking for help to create a profile. Thanks in advance. phone is Samsung SCH-I510

you should start by using generic profile and then see if you need to transcode some unsupported files

I have spent several hours trying the generic profile and others and haven't gotten it to play any of the various feeds that use groovy plugins. I can see the thumbnails for various rss feeds so it appears the plugins are working. I have been able to play some local .mkv videos, but it doesn't display or play my local .avi files or online files.

Is the phone Android or other OS?

It is a Samsung Charge, Verizon, with google Android.

With the generic profile, it will play local .mk4 files. It doesn't show/play .avi or any type of file I can find online using various plugins such as hulu,yahoo,cbs,etc.

p.s., I am using the avia Media Player on the phone and the interface seems to work, I can see thumbnails of online content.
