transcoding profile for D-link DSM-320?

Hi all,
I need to get transcoding for the D-Link DSM-320 but it is not listed under Serviio profiles. Or, better, it falls under the generic profile.
It seems that transcoding is available only for non-generic profiles.
So, is there someone that has created a profile for the DSM-320 to enable transcoding?

I always search before posting.
I already found that topic.
But I didn't found any info on how to use those infos.
Is there a tutorial that explains how to create a transcoding profile step-by-step and without being a programmer?
