don't work on c/d/e profile

it's working on generic dlna but no sound

it saids not supported audio codecs

checked the codec details

ok so just to confirm.. it played without sounds before the profile update and now it wont play at all?

it would not play on both profiles but now it plays with no sound on generic

To be clear, could you confirm :
- On Samsung TV : video OK + audio OK
- On Samsung BDP (with samsung profile) : video failed + audio failed
- On Samsung BDP (with generic profile) : video OK + audio failed

Hi siriusblack.

The way you have written it, its still a little confusing. To confirm my understanding - on the BDP using the Generic Profile:

1. Local files in your library work fine (both video and sound)
2. For online sources - no video or sound, except:
   
   1. Online Chelsea TV - works fine, video and sound.
   2. Online Aceplayer - video but no sound.

Also just for completeness, confirm that the TV is fine, so we need not worry about that any more.

Thanks - I'm going to take the sledgehammer approach and try to transcode all online sources for now. Can you add this to your profiles.xml:

In Serviio console, set your device to use this profile and press save. Restart your PC (or restart the Serviio services if you know how to do that). If this doesn't work, try it again changing the "mpegts" to "mpeg" in the above.

Cool. Bear in mind this is transcoding everything; while this gets you going it's likely that it is transcoding stuff it doesn't need to.

You can refine this profile over time to only transcode those media types you need to. You can play with the profile at your convenience. Have a read of the wiki and have a go at it - you can always revert back to this profile if things go astray. Good luck.
