"The video data is not supported" - ua65f6400
Apologies if this has been asked before - I searched and couldn't see an exact match (although many seem rather vague). My issue is both Samsung TVs randomly halt playback and show a dialog of "The video data is not supported" - then offer to Skip or Stop this file. If I select stop and then play the file again, the video resumes (usually from where it stopped, or moments before) everything is fine for a random number of minutes (or even, in some cases, only 10-30 seconds) and it happens all over again. Each time it gets further in the video file and I've tried a LOT of different video files I have of various formats - the problem doesn't seem to be tied to any particular format. In order to provide a precise example, I'm downloading a reference copy of Big Buck Bunny so I can track the consistency of the error.
System: Thecus NAS -> separate gigabit LAN -> Windows x64 server -> serviio 1.4.1.2 -> gigabit switch -> TVs (i.e. no Wifi)
TVs: Samsung ua65f6400 and ua55f6400, being 65" and 55" respectively
I have a WDTV Live device as well, connected to the 55" and it can play all of the same content without error, beginning to end. But I'd prefer not to have to use it though, given the capabilities of the TVs and that I've already got server running 24x7. Not to mention all of the other cool features that Serviio would add, if I could get it working.
