Temp folder placement

Changed the from c:\windows\temp to e:\temp, another disk and save the configure. When I reboot the system, the configure goes back to c:\windows\temp. How can I make the change permanent. It worked before I upgrade to 1.2.

it's a bug, will be fixed in 1.2.1
