Can't open WMV-files with C-series TV

I can't open .WMV -files with my C-series Samsung. Other files seem to open. Using Windows 7 64bit. Also using the "Samsung TV / Player (C/D-series) -profile.
I read something about chanching the profiles.xml, but could you explain what to edit/add/delete there.

Yea, i think you should make your software easier to use. It's 2012 and you make us change some code on some profiles.xml -file. Make some dropdown-menu options rather than make us learn how to code .xml -files.
