I just did a test on another PC with the same OS Windows 7 Profressionnel connect RJ45 cable in, no problem works great.
I think he must have problem with my network card :

- "qualcomm Atheros ar8151 PCI Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20)"

Try to disable IPV6 support on you freebox rooter.
