when I play an MKV file with subtitle is my video stutters

when I play an MKV file with subtitle (SRT) is my video stutters.
I use a Sony Blueray purchased in Brazil and I've tried all the profiles and not resolved.
Model: Home Theater 3D Blu-ray Sony BDVE290
Serviio Version: 1.2.1
When I turn off the subtitles, the video works normally.
Have tried several movies and all have problems

I've used the program SRTWiz to fix subtitles, but not solved.
I've used the program mkclean to fix the video, but not solved.
Attached the servvio log.

Can someone help me?

Strange...you have too devices with 192.168.1.52 IP address, could you cleanup the serviio device list in console?

Most likely it's because the file is transcoded and your PC is not powerful enough.

Read the first couple paragraphs. Confirms what was said above.

This is the only way on the Bravia TVs. Other than burn the subtitle into the video beforehand manually, using some tool.

Is your i5 dual core? Do you know the extract model?

You'd think i5 would be enough for transcoding but so many factors and not all i5 CPUs are that great.

Re: when I play an MKV file with subtitle is my video stutte

My cpu benchmarks about half yours. I can do burnt in subs real time on SD material only, any higher resolution or bit rate it just can't cope.

Sony sets don't deal with subs very well so you can burn them in yourself using handbrake https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=handbrake+burn+in+subtitles or get a different media device with better sub support. You can get hdmi sticks with android on quite cheap and xbmc then installed as an app or stand alone boxes.
