server unreachable error with mkv sony 2009 W5500

Hey guys... I've got this problem for a very long time...

Using 1.3
The problem is that alot of h264 movies wont play. If I try to play them, I get "server unreachable" error. Whilst I try to run other files (avi, even AVCHD/m2ts) they work perfectly...
I don't understand why...

please help me! =(


when I was using 1.2.1... the movies worked, but only audio would show... no image..

uncheck "Enable Extraction ...." on serviio console then save.

I'm willing to bet this is the exact same problem I'm encountering. You can either disable extraction of embedded subs or disable the burned-in subs. Both allow videos to start playing for me that would previously fail to play.

Thanks so far man... Now it only plays the audio... and I have some weird fragments on the screen... same fragments as I would have in VLC but that would go away in a few seconds... not in the Bravia..

I already switched maxVBrate to 12000 but that didn't do anything.
