1 Missing Folder?

Hi Guys,

I have all my TV programmes on Serviio with the exception of one, CSI, for some reason this doesn't show in my list of Shows like it hasn't downloaded the metadata for it? Can anyone help?

The filename(s) needs to match what is used in thetvdb.com. For CSI, try something like:

CSI Crime Scene Investigation SxxEyy - abcdef

where xx is the season number (eg. 02), yy is the episode number (eg. 03) and abcdef is the title of the episode (this is optional - Serviio doesn't need it). If you have any problems come back to us.

I did that, I matched all the files using Filebot so they are exactly as you described but still nothing.

Works OK for me - maybe something in the folder name (eg. characters like [ or ])? Try copying a non-CSI file ( a known worker) into that folder and seeing if it shows up.

If I set "Series" display to display content only it wont show but if I set it to display category it shows up?

I couldn't fault it. Tried with Category and Content Only, both worked. Tried with square brackets in the path, also worked both ways. Weird.

Very weird! Dunno why it works one way and not the other way at least it works.
