Re: Sony BDP-S3100 No Audio

For the experts here to assist, they will need a couple of bits of info. What version of Serviio are you using, and what profile is selected for your S3100? It's probably something to do with the selected profile. There are several Sony profiles, and Serviio sometimes does not select the best one automatically. Not the fault of Serviio, there are just too many flavors out there to get everything right the first time.

Re: Sony BDP-S3100 No Audio

That Sony profile is for (I believe) an older player. Now that I'm home, I realize that I have a BDP-S3100 as well. Silly me, forgot my equipment

I use the Sony BDP-Sx90 profile. I find that it plays my MKV files natively very well, including some very high bitrate BluRay rips. Still have a few that hiccup, but overall works quite well.

For your information, serviio does not need k-lite pack to be installed...

Enjoy-it !
