File is corrupt or not supported

I am fairly new to the serviio though my Sony BDP-s570 is working great and I have watched several movies on it paired with serviio.

I am having problems with one movie and I cannot figure out why I keep getting a file is corrupt. I can play this movie on a standard VLC player just fine. I have tried ripping it mp4 and mkv and Serviio does not like it. It shows up in the list of movies but will not play it.

Is there something else I could try?

Re: File is corrupt or not supported

I have had the same problem with my sony BDV-570 player. I have pasted below the output of what you requested. I did notice that it seems like the files that don't play are "DivX 5" per MediaInfo, while those that do play are "XviD" - but I didn't check all of the files.
