Transcoded MKV, audio plays but video is black

Trying to play a MKV file using the Bravia 2011 US profile. I get audio at the TV, but not video.

Playback the transcoded video in VLC works but no audio.

Problem is due to "header compression" not supported.

Muxing mode : Header stripping

Thanks for the reply. I remuxed following the instructions in the link you posted, but it still has the same problem playing back.

Frame rate mode : Variable
Frame rate : 23.976 fps

That could be due to variable frame rate, with the same tool try to fix the frame rate to 23.976 value (see track options tab)
