Panasonic 2013 models (ST60)

Thanks - I wonder if I can impose on you to test with the mime type set to "video/divx". This is what I'd prefer to leave it as (ie. same as other Pana profiles), unless we get some confirmation that it makes a difference.

So, at the moment, I have

I will change this to

  Code:

<MediaFormatProfile mime-type="video/divx">AVI</MediaFormatProfile>

..and then test again. I expect to see some difference in results.

You can also include the audio types now for the 1.3 release (they were commented out).

I don't have Serviio 1.3. Can I still uncomment this part?

Has anyone else reported an issue with the "Enable Transcoding" part. Unchecking the box does not disable ffmpeg from doing its work even after restarting Serviio from the control panel applet.

No you can't uncomment that part until after you instal 1.3. It's released now if you want it.

I will upgrade to 1.3 and see if the transcoding issue is sorted out for me. Other than that, I don't see anything new for me. The "transcoding to H264" is something that may not be needed for me as the TV supports this natively as far as I remember.

Tested the Transcoding switch (checkbox) and it works as expected for me. Not sure what is happening with yours... try 1.3.

I have upgraded to 1.3
Now, I copied over the section that was created for Panasonic 2013 TV's into the fresh profile XML. It causes an exception for serviio service.

Can you send me a new profile file for 1.3 which can support Panasonic 2013?

Edit: Started from scratch and then Serviio worked. But AVI's don't work anymore.

Edit2: Had to change to

for AVI's to work. Also uncommented the audio related lines.
