file not shown on TV

I got a tv series correctly shown on tv list but an episode is not listed.

you may want to check serviio log with debug level turned on.

Can you see them through the Folders category?

yes, in the folder category the file is shown. and played too.

That would suggest that the metadata for the file have not been found, thus it won't put it into the Series / Movies category. Try to rename the file according to the rules: http://www.serviio.org/index.php?option ... icle&id=12
