No, unfortunately. The TV doesn't support the WTV container, so it requires transcoding. That strips out the subtitles from the stream. I'm also not certain that the TV actually supports EIA-608 subtitles via DLNA. I just tried it with my Samsung NU7100 with recorded TV in a TS container, and no captions were displayed. However, with the TS container a Roku player will display the captions.
So your best bet would be to remux your videos into a TS container. I use VideoReDo, which also allows fast and easy editing to remove commercials and the stuff before and after the show itself. A little pricey, but really easy to use. Just using FFMPEG from the command line might also work, but I've never tried it.
