File not playing

I have a file that does not play. I have posted the FFMPEG details.

What other information is needed?

• what renderer (tv, player,etc) are you using;
• what profile have you selected in Serviio for this device;
• what other profiles have you tried (always try Generic to see what that does with the file);
• what do you mean by not playing. Does it show up in the media list on the tv? Does it start and then freeze? Does it stutter? etc;
• do other mkv files play. If so may pay to post details of one of them for comparison.
• for mkv's (and mp4 and avi files) MediaInfo can often show better info. Post the output from MediaInfo for the file(s);
• a detailed log from Serviio may be needed (later)
