Console will not open

I've just installed Serviio on recommendations from a friend. However whenever I try and open Serviio console nothing happens, watching the processes the console will start and then close immediately. Tried everything I could think of, re-installing, disabling my anti-virus, running as an administrator and compatibility mode and nothing seems to work. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

This is all I get after trying to open it twice it disappears from processes after about 5 seconds:
