Ensure you refresh your library in Serviio (press Force Refresh from Serviio Console). This will remove the file from the Serviio database.
It also may be that the TV is caching the content list from Serviio - the way to check is to turn the TV off and on and see if the deleted media is still there (if it isn't it points to the TV having cached the content list - powering off/on clears the cache). If this is the case look for options that clear the cache on your TV. If none, it may unfortunately just be something that you have to live with on that TV.
