No files found (video, audio, photo)

Hi,
I have serviio 1.3.1 installed on a raspberry pi and it works great on my tablet (except for subtitles) but on my samsung es5500 it doesn't show any files for all media types. And after trying for sometime it will simply give a message saying the device is disconnected.
It should't be a TV problem as it works fine with minidlna. I've search the detailed log but I didn't find any message which would give me a clue.
I attached an excerpt from the log file which contains the messages of the tv connection.

I know there are lots of similar posts but I've already read all these posts below and they weren't of any help:

Can anyone give me a help?

Re: No files found (video, audio, photo)

Can you see the main categories (e.g. Videos / Folders / Movies)?

Did you filter out the detailed log? If yes, provide a full one showing you going to an empty category.

Also make sure to select the right file type in Samsung's main menu (ie Videos -> Videos (Serviio folder)), otherwise the TV filters out all other file types (ie you will not see any video files when you browse Audio on the TV)

Re: No files found (video, audio, photo)

After choosing media type in the TV doesn't show anything else.
I didn't filter the log, I just cutted from the time I connect the tv and stop trying to connect to facilitate its analysis.
I'm sureI select the right folders.

Meanwhile I found this thread viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6253, where someone mentioned removing some files and it worked fine then.
I removed all the files fom the library except the online resources (which was my main objective using serviio) it worked.
I have noticed in the log that serviio complained about some very common files like mp3, avi, etc which are supported by my tv (i've tested with minidlna).
I thought the only effect was to ignore these files and not to mess up the whole library.

I guess for now I'll be using serviio along with minidlna just for online resources util I find a way to get serviio working with the other files so can fully replace minidlna. It must be a problem with the profile, as it may be trying to transcode files which are already supported by the tv.

If you could post the log where it was complaining, maybe I can help / fix it for next release.

Here's part of the log where it complains about mp3, mp4, mkv, wmv, flac,...

Re: No files found (video, audio, photo)

It shows no Video track in the output, so Serviio ignores it.

Can you try with a different FFmpeg (eg on Windows)?

Re: No files found (video, audio, photo)

I've compiled a recent version of ffmpeg but still cannot play this particular file. However most of files are added to the library (at least that what it seems according to the log).
The original issue still remains, but what I found out is that when serviio has only added a few files it works fine, then after adding all files to the library it stops working (i.e shows no files). It must be a matter of amount of files or maybe an issue concerning a particular file.
