Streaming flac files upto 24/196 without downsampling?

I just installed Serviio on my server to stream my audio(flac) files upto 24 bit 192 kHz to my Network Audio Player.
I haven't set any profile, it is at the default Generic DLNA profile.
Are the files streamed to the player without any downsampling?
Or do I need to create a profile to avoid downsampling?

What format does your network audio player say it's receiving?

If it says anything other than what you're expecting then I would raise an issue, not before.

The Generic DLNA profile does not transcode audio files for media in your Local Library. Hence all audio files are played natively without downsampling.
Audio from Online source however is transcoded to MP3 format, 384k bit rate for audio containers: FLV, ASF, RTP, RTSP, MP3, MP4.

Do you mean 320kbps? Although you can go higher for MP3 it's not part of the standard.

Nope, double checked - the Generic DLNA profile transcodes to MP3, 384 kbps. Why it is so would be something to ask zip.

Remember though this only for online sources. Local sources are not transcoded by this profile.
