TV series M.A.S.K seasons 1 & 2 (1985-86) showing in series

Hello

I have been for a while now trying to add the 1985-86 kids TV series 'M.A.S.K' as a TV series in Serviio
I did have it part of my library & showed in Serviio Series folder with no issues until the was a new TV series with the same name was added to TVDB. Mask (2015)
I've tried a number of different things. removing the whole file & re-adding it, adding in the year released, changing the name format (eg M.A.S.K. season 1 episode 02, M.A.S.K. S01E02, 1 02 M.A.S.K.) plus others.
I attached my log & a screen dump to show that it does appear in Serviio in the last added folder but not in my series folder.
Can you please help me out here

cheers guys
Dan

Have you tried placing the files in a separate folder with both the series name and year in the folder name (i.e. "M.A.S.K. (1985)" as the folder name)? I've had to do that once or twice to get the proper metadata.

Thanks atc98092
Yeah I tried that with no luck. Still no metadata showing in my tv series serviio folder.

Are you naming them manually, or are you using Filebot? If you use Filebot, it is going directly to the TV database to look up the proper name format. Just another thought.

Other than that, it might help to see what the Serviio log is showing. that might mean removing the files and adding them back so Serviio has to search for them again.

For hard to match series you can also add the IMDB ID for the series to the path name. In this case the IMDB ID for the series is tt0088563 --> so rename your folder to "M.A.S.K. [tt0088563]" and all will be good once again in the world :D
See http://wiki.serviio.org/doku.php?id=imb ... ata_naming for further explanation.
