WTV Sub-title

Hello, is it possible to display the subtitles of a wtv file sent by Serviio on a Samsung TV?
Despite my research I have not found yet.

No, unfortunately. The TV doesn't support the WTV container, so it requires transcoding. That strips out the subtitles from the stream. I'm also not certain that the TV actually supports EIA-608 subtitles via DLNA. I just tried it with my Samsung NU7100 with recorded TV in a TS container, and no captions were displayed. However, with the TS container a Roku player will display the captions.

So your best bet would be to remux your videos into a TS container. I use VideoReDo, which also allows fast and easy editing to remove commercials and the stuff before and after the show itself. A little pricey, but really easy to use. Just using FFMPEG from the command line might also work, but I've never tried it.
