.mkv does not appear in file List

Hi all,

I use Serviio now for about a half year. Until now everything works well. I stream most time HD SBS Movies.
Now I have a new movie file. Its a 18GB HD SBS Movie. File Format is .mkv with MPEG4/ISO/AVC in it. But it does not appear in file list. Not in last added also not in Folders/movies. It seems Serviio does not like the Movies.

Until now all mopvies with this format worked for me. The current one works fine on my computer using VLC Player. Any Idea what could be the problem?

I followed all tips on the site. Nothing worked for me. Also the Programm listed there does not show up the movie.

But I will also try to update now all programms like x264 and so on

ffmpeg is now also complete new. Used this Tutorial to update it:

But still no Movie Perhaps its too big?

you may want to check your logs for the file in question and post the details here.

Please give me more information about the logs. Im a noob - dont know how to creeate the log and where to find it

I found the problem... Cant believe it.. German problem.. The Folders name had a special caharacter ü
