RTMP - segmentation fault on linux

Hello,

I have a problem with reading rtmp streams on linux. If I test "ffmpeg -i URL" on Windows 7, I got this results:
  Code:
ffmpeg version N-42368-gbf53863 Copyright (c) 2000-2012 the FFmpeg developers

But when I run the same command on linux (Ubuntu Server 12.04), where is Serviio primary running, I got:

Segmentation fault

Everything else work good on linux. I googled about "Segmentation fault" on Ubuntu and search this forum, but nothing that I found work for me. Can anybody help me? FFmpeg on linux is compiled from source, from Serviio download page.

Re: RTMP - segmentation fault on linux

Have you compiled all necessary apps required on linux?

Follow instructions on wiki and see if this resolves the issue...

Yes, I have followed the instructions on the wiki, I just did not use source data from the repositories, but from the archives that are on the serviio download page.

Re: RTMP - segmentation fault on linux

Provide an example URL. I'll try it on my Ubuntu installation.

Re: RTMP - segmentation fault on linux

At a guess I would have thought it could be that librtmp wasn't compiled quite right. You could have checked this by running the rtmpdump binary which that source package builds, before compiling ffmpeg.
