MP4 files won't always stream on Samsung TV

I've downloaded the most recent version of Serviio and have installed it onto my Ubuntu machine. I have also installed FFmpeg and OpenJDK through the Synaptic Package Manager. I'm trying to stream a 53 minute mp4 file on my Samsung un55d6000 TV. The audio and video start normally but after 13 minutes, the file stops playing

For starters, the ffmpeg version looks quite old. I suggest obtaining the latest version.
