serviio Transcoding Error

I have added below URL in serviio,

URL : http://wms10.iviplanet.com/alfa
rtsp://guateservicios.info/shoutcast/radioamor


in DNLA Master Profile.



But some times serviio is getting crash and returns

There are other streaming urls also in Serviio DB. can you tell me why i am facing above error?

First, it looks like your access rights for /opt/serviio/library/ are not right (cannot write).
Second, you are using version 1.1, which is no longer supported here. Upgrade to 1.2.1 and if you're still having problems, post the new log here

Can you provide me the steps to upgrade the serviio???, because there are lots of online media streaming urls already saved into the Serviio DB.

As i dont want to lose them and add all those urls again.

I had upgraded the serviio and still Facing the same issue. It hangs while transcoding and none of the radio streaming working after it.

I need to restart the serviio again..

Can you please check the log and update me back, we are facing this issue regularly

Did you upgrade the ffmpeg too with proper library options ?
