I'll let zip talk to the IE error, but for the movie covers it means that the metadata (movie title, covers, etc) information is not being found. This is generally because the file name of the media file doesn't match the what is required by Serviio - see my post here: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=10626&p=70544#p70544. Renaming your files should fix the issue.

What version of IE are you using? Make sure its the latest.
