Problem with polish characters

I have some problem:

I have old opensuse 11.4 with serviio 1.2 rpm, sun java 1.6 and works good

Now I install opensuse 13.2 with serviio 1.2 rpm (1.5.2 serviio give me 52 stack overflow error on sun java 1.8 and open java 1.8 and lower) and sun java 1.8 work, but not see (not index) files with polish characters. Yesterday, for a moment its run when I change to sun java 1.6, but after several attemps, everything fails and now, after erase and reinstal serviio, run allways with MediaServer file encoding US-ASCII I modify serviio.sh in java oprions I added -Dsun.jnu.encoding=UTF-8 -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8. Now work MediaServer file encoding UTF-8, but still not index files with polish characters. I have set LC_ALL=pl_PL.UTF-8, but in serviio didnt work In log is:

as see, serviio insert question marks in places polish characters

I read this all before write post. Actually serviio completely "dont see" files with polish characters. Problem -probably- is, that early serviio run in logs as UTF-8 MediaServer and now (probably after fail install & deinstall of java 1.7) serviio run as US-ASCII (?). Does not help setting LC_ALL=pl_PL.UTF-8. Maybe problem is in the crashed system, but I dont know how to work to properly. It helps only setting -Dserviio.home=$SERVIIO_HOME -Dsun.jnu.encoding=UTF-8 -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 in java opts in serviio.sh, serviio have in log UTF-8 MediaServer, but I think that this is only extortion and serviio still not working in UTF-8. From where serviio get language settings ? Files with polish characters are good, when I try convmv -r -f ISO-8859-1 -t UTF-8 --notest * I get "skipping, already UTF-8"

many times I deinstall and again installed serviio, but it does not help
I cant reinstall all OS (openSUSE 13.2), but I have many other installed applications. I must repair & run serviio without reinstall OS. Help me please

Its crazy... I look at my old opensuse 11.4 and see, that serviio run as US-ASCII MediaServer, on standard config and pretty index polish files. I dont think so. Probably is some misch-masch on 13.2 with polish language: standard is pl_PL.UTF-8 but directory is pl_PL.utf8. In 11.4 is locale "language=pl_PL.utf8" but in 13.2 is locale "language=pl_PL.UTF-8". I dont know what write in suse and serviio configs

How can debugging serviio ? I set in config DEBUG instead INFO, but I need something more accurate, what could I check how the encoding fonts reads serviio ?
