Hi. I have a new odd problem. I have both Windows 7 and 10 on my machine (dual boot). Serviio plays avi files when I use Windows 7 but will not play any avis when using Windows 10. Same files connected to same Sony KD49X8505 but different results. Am I missing something on the Windows 10 side that I need to run ?? Thanks for your help.
Re: AVI issue with Windows 10
I'm not sure I have any AVI files, but I'll check.
I have the Shark 007 advanced codecs installed on my server, but that should have no effect on Serviio. I only have them so I can play MKV files directly on the computer if necessary.

Re: AVI issue with Windows 10
The obvious but - are you selecting the same profile in both versions? Do the files appear on the device?
Re: AVI issue with Windows 10
Hi. Thanks for your replies. Yep, the problem was a profile one. I copied the profile from the Win 7 side to the Win 10 side. Problem solved. Thanks again for your help .
