How to add RSS feed

There is now the UNGA talks being streamed here: http://www.un.org/webcast/rss/

How can I add an online feed for it? I tried adding rss feed with that url but nothing shows up. Does it need a plugin?

You need to use the rss feed eg: http://webtv.un.org/assets/rss/?new=1
