Ubuntu Server 14.04 LTS + Serviio configuration via SSH

Good day.

I have Ubuntu Installed on Intel Nuc. I don't have monitor — only ssh access to server.
Serviio fresh install, but library is clean (i understand why — it is fine)

I google but don't found information about: how to add files/folders to Servvio library via command line?

Can you help me please is it possible?

Via command line.... No, not possible.

You need to set up a remote console (run the console from another PC). See http://www.serviio.org/component/conten ... e?id=21#q2 or search the forum. Alternatively you can use one of the third party console replacements (ServiiDroid, WebUI, etc from the Tools area).
