Serviio is not able to access a folder on NAS

Hi,

I have a problem with Serviio that is not able to access a folder on a NAS.

I can access the folder with other Mediaservers and Windows devices.
The ACL for the folder is 777 and no pasword is needed for the share.

I don't see any errors in the logfile do I need to change the loglevel or anything to get the error why Serviio can't see / access the folder?

Thanks

Re: Serviio is not able to access a folder on NAS

Have you set your serviio service (windows service) to run with a local user account - http://www.serviio.org/component/conten ... e?id=21#q5.
Set it to use your account (your user-name and password) and then Serviio will be able to see anything you can (if you have a blank password you may also need to do this: http://www.serviio.org/component/conten ... e?id=21#q4).

Re: Serviio is not able to access a folder on NAS

Thanks DenyAll,

I have changed the service Account to the local Admin account the error Message disappeared but I still don't see any files.
I have pushed for a new scan of the library but still no change.
The files have been on the old NAS be seen from Serviio so they should be fine.

Any ideas are welcome

Kind Regards

I think it needs to be a user account (whatever user you normally log in to Windows as should do it).

You might enable detailed logging (link in my sig). This should show any errors.

Thanks atc98092,

that was exactly I was looking for as now I have seen that the server was still not done with the sync of the NAS after a few hours the files have been visible. :)
