Cannot connect to the server, it doesn't seem to be running.

I recently installed Serviio, it worked fine until I restarted the machine. I reinstalled it and it worked again until I restarted it. I am getting the "Cannot connect to the server, it doesn't seem to be running..." message.

Im running windows 10

It cant find the local host:

https://localhost:23524/mediabrowser

or

https://localhost:23523/console.

I have enabled the debugging as per the wiki, however when I went to the services page I saw that there were two instances of serviio running, one of which I was unable to "end task" via the task manager.

Attached is the log file from the most recent attempt to get it going, i can privide the whole lot if necessary.

Make sure the https ports are open in your firewall.
