Console can not connect to local host

I just wanted to use Serviio on my TV, there is no more Serviio icon. Trying to run
http://localhost:23423/console/
comes back with Unable to connect.

Few days ago it worked like usually. Any idea?

It was actually no "solution" in terms of some deeper thoughts. As I could not explain to me how come that https://localhost does not connect, the first was to restart the computer.

Certainly not a way to solve real problems!

A simple reboot is often the solution to a problem. glad it worked for you.
