How to recreate the entire library database, if corrupt

How to recreate the entire media library database, if corrupted or wrong owner or something?
Serviio 2.3 in a jail on TrueNAS 13 running on an HP N54L w 5*4 TB spinning rust disks.
The media files are on the same machine.

I don't believe there's a way to recreate the DB. I believe the only option is to uninstall and reinstall Serviio.

Shouldn't
1. Stop Serviio
2. Delete db files in <Serviio catalog>\library (What does a just installed and empty <Serviio catalog>\library file tree look like?)
3. Start Serviio

do the trick??

I'm not certain if simply restarting the service with an empty DB folder will recreate the DB, or if the install puts some necessary files in place that are used by the DB. We need Zip to answer accurately. For myself, I've always just done a reinstall, but I admit I've never tried what you suggest.
