Online Quality for each renderer

My brothers Xbox 360 is far away from my router, and if he wants to watch YouTube or other streaming videos, I have to change the overall quality settings to Medium otherwise it buffers heavily, I watch my streams on my Bravia on High quality video streams.

Is there plans to add another dropdown to renderers profile to be specific what quality settings streaming should be.

Thanks

No it's not planned. Serviio would have to keep checking all different versions of files which would be costly (time + cpu)

Zip I'm not sure if it's been covered before. Is it possible when user presses "Stop Server", it also stops ffmpeg from transcoding, I don't mind ffmpeg running for thumnailing new video files.

That's not a bad idea actually. Create a bitbucket ticket pls.

Thanks zip, done here

Also im not sure this has been covered - is it possible to add a status on the console of what is currently being transcoded or rumuxed. Even better to have system usage too!
It include additional information like:

File Transcoded: BreakingBad.mkv
Remuxed:Yes
Transcoding Completion:0% (Video Remuxed)
Transfer Rate:15.7 Mbps
CPU Usage:5%
RAM (MB):340/2024

No, I don't think I'll be doing this - one of the reasons being Java doesn't have this low level information.
