Random pausing during playback of MKV's

Unsure of issue need help to diagnose?

No idea how to read these outputs from ffmpeg or mediainfo

This works fine no issues at all..

The next two fail badly, they play but stutter to certain degrees one will pause every 5 or so seconds and the other is more random.

Could you also post MediaInfo tool result of these two files (see signature link) ?
You could also check the videobitrate, should be less than 20-25Mbps.

just to note, they are both delivered natively, no transcoding is involved.
