streaming

hi,
sorry for my english but i am french

my dad use serviio 0.6.1 and he would see my movies

my movies are on server (WHS 2011)

how can i Do?

it seems he's running Serviio on different box than the server.... if that's the case the OP has to make sure the user running Serviio has access to the WHS's shared folders

yes i have serviio add-in sur my whs 2011 i watch my movies on my tv in my home

but how can i do for watch my movies at my parents internet

you can't watch over the internet, you'd have to bring the WHS in their house and plug in into their LAN

or setup a computer there for them to run serviio on. Then you can copy the video files and the serviio database to a portable USB drive and take to their computer and copy to their serviio setup and they can watch the movies you brought them.

no you cannot stream serviio over the internet at this time.

I know some people was trying to get it to work with a VPN but I am not sure what the status is.
