Remove the "stay on top" windown when initializing

On windows, when starting Serviio, a small "splash" window stays "on top" of any other window in the desktop and cannot be moved nor closed. I suggest hiding it or provide the ability to close it.

what splash screen ? that was removed in 0.6.1 ??
