Language Selection

I would find a language selection already during the installation sensible.
I think, the language implementation, we somewhat neglected.

same way we are planning on doing plugins, would make sense to me.

My suggestion.

Perhaps we will find out a survey, a user for each language.
Someone that agrees to take over this task.
A call by yourself would be useful.

I would take over the German part.
