[SOLVED] One computer transcoding, the other is not

Hello everyone. I downloaded Serviio to my main computer to try it out and it works great. It plays everything and transcodes when it needs to to my Samsung D8000. Since it worked so well I built another system to use as a dedicated media server. The problem is the new system will not transcode the same files that were transcoded with no problem on the main computer. The main box is Win7 Premium, the new box is Win7 Pro. The new box has nothing but Win7 and Serviio on it. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

I would except I just looked at the log and there isn't anything in there from when I tried to watch the MKV files. So I tried to watch them again, and again I got file not supported. I checked the log and still did not record any info for attempting to watch the MKV files. Any suggestions?

Never mind. I figured it out. I was using the generic profile for some reason instead of the one for my TV. But thatnks anyway.
